Learn to get real work out of AI.
One-on-one lessons over video, built around your actual job: your documents, your inbox, your questions. You leave each session able to do something you couldn’t do before.
What we can cover
Pick one, or bring a problem and we’ll start there.
- Writing and editing with AI
- Drafts, rewrites and summaries that still sound like you, and how to edit what comes back.
- Research you can trust
- Getting answers with sources, checking them, and spotting when the AI is guessing.
- Spreadsheets and messy data
- Cleaning lists, writing formulas, and turning exports into something you can use.
- Your own assistants
- Custom GPTs, Claude Projects and saved instructions for the tasks you repeat every week.
- Automating small chores yourself
- Simple Zapier, Make or n8n workflows you can build and maintain on your own.
- Using AI safely at work
- What not to paste, which settings to change, and when to run a model on your own computer.
Who it’s for
- Professionals who’ve tried ChatGPT or Claude and want to get past the party tricks
- Small-business owners deciding where AI fits before paying anyone to build it
- Writers and editors who want help without losing their voice
- Anyone who’d rather learn with a patient person than from a video
How lessons work
Lessons are an hour over video, with your screen shared so we work in your accounts on your real tasks. After each one you get a short written recap with the steps and prompts we used, so you can repeat them on your own.
You don’t need a paid AI subscription to start. We’ll figure out together whether one is worth it for what you do.
Team workshops are half a day, hands-on, and built from your team’s own documents and tools. They run remotely, or on site in Maine and New England.
